At MAPP, we love to celebrate the VICTORIES, but more importantly we celebrate the EFFORT to COMMIT to a dream and enjoy the journey of who you become in the process.
Rewards are the great result of great process — and there’s no greater reward than looking yourself in the mirror and believing in the value of who you see staring back at you.
That’s a champion.

A big shout out to 2024 Paris Olympian, Sharni Smale, on an incredible career (chapter 1) and for being an example to athletes all over the world: work your talent harder than anyone, pursue personal and professional best with brilliance and resilience, & lead with your heart, on your sleeve.
Big love, sis 🤜🏼❤️🤛🏾

As the Talent Ascension Program enters a new rung, we have hit the point on the journey where we ‘M&PP The Mission’.
🏔
In your opinion
- how important and imperative are ‘relationships’ to you achieving your dream?
- How do you decide what people to bring along with you in your DreamTeam?
- How do you nurture those relationships so they are not just one-sided and selfish?
- What emotions are helping and hindering your ability to perform, achieve and live your dream?
🏔
In your hero’s journey, you are the AUTHOR and HERO of the story. You write it then you get to act it in real time! Choose the path full of mystery, love, wealth, health and confidence - and love the journey!

"Just keep your conscious mind busy with expectation of the best.”
“Busy your mind with the concepts of harmony, health, peace, and good will, and wonders will happen in your life.”
“Give no one in all the world the power to deflect you from your goal, your aim in life, which is to express your hidden talents to the world, and serve humanity."
― Joseph Murphy, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
🏔
If we desire the best from our life, we must be willing to apply ourselves to our best; and our best state is PRESENT.
We must ‘form the habit’ of becoming present - because the enjoyment (in-joy-meant) of life is happening right now.
Watch any great performance - the performer is completely present (‘in the moment’).
🏔
How do we activate PRESENCE?
Trust + Faith.
Confidence + Belief.
In our Dream Team (chosen others), our process and, most importantly, ourselves.
How do we form a habit?
Consciously doing something so often that it becomes your subconscious programming.
🏔
It’s M&PP Monday: GO, WELL.
Enjoy your week.
