Lots of weekend and evening swims for Etta and Ror. They both share the same love for swimming and bobbing in the pool. 🩵

Etta has been helping (or not helping) us in the office sorting through new stock this month getting us ready for winter!! 👩🏼‍💻📦

We did multiple shoots for some of our favourite brands with Etta!! Feel so lucky we get to do this together 🤍📸

We received a heartbreaking message from local resident Ruth yesterday, who shared the news that her husband Ollie has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Ocular Melanoma, a rare form of cancer.

In 2019, after suffering from blurry vision and taking himself off for a regular eye test, Ollie was later diagnosed with Ocular (Uveal) Melanoma in his left eye. After plaque radiotherapy at Moorfields Hospital, and successfully treating the tumour, life began to return to normal.

But in October 2025, just weeks after marrying his wife Ruth, Ollie learned the cancer had spread to his liver. What should have been a time filled with newlywed happiness and plans for the future, suddenly became a whirlwind of scans, hospital appointments, and life-changing conversations.

Once this rare cancer spreads to the liver, there are no effective treatments available through the NHS, so Ollie is turning to privately funded treatment: Chemosaturation. This is found to be 90% effective for patients at controlling the disease, but each round costs £40k.

Ollie and Ruth have set up a GoFundMe page to cover the associated costs and give Ollie the time he needs to plan for the future. He’s only 33 years old.

The pair are local to Clapham Common, having lived in the area for over 7 years. They got engaged on Abbeville Road and celebrated the days before and after their wedding at The Prince Albert and Pear Tree Cafe in Battersea Park. They’re also regulars at @piquecafe on Lavender Hill.

The most perfect spring staycation with the most wonderfully special people in Southwold with our two new little ones. ☕️🍑🍯🧺🦪🫶🏼 A weekend full of lots of coffees, long walks, skimming stones, fresh juices, delicious food, a few roses, ice-creams and endless giggles. A new Christmas tradition to make the start of December - a wreath workshop with the talented @kittyluckandco & @flowersbybasilandpip at @themaltingsweybourne l. 🎀🌿

We had the most festive and fun afternoon making some wild and beautiful wreaths. It was hosted at The Maltings in Weybourne that only recently opened. The venue was gorgeous and felt cosy and inviting. We were welcomed with mulled wine and mince pies which were absolutely delicious!

We were warmly welcomed by both Gemma and Kitty who showed us the first steps on how to make a wreath. It felt so relaxed and had such a warm atmosphere. I also loved that we were given free rein to make them exactly how we wanted, but with lots of help if we needed. It is much harder than you think!

One thing I think is so important is when you are hosting a workshop is to make sure the feel and vibe of the event is inviting and relaxed. When you are in a room with lots of people you don't know and doing something new, it can be a little daunting. Gemma and Kitty were the most perfect hosts and helped us all and we were all chatting and helping each other.

Gemma from @flowersbybasilandpip is an incredibly talented florist, and Kitty from @kittyluckandco is a stylist and events planner, who is just fabulous. I have actually used both for private events and I couldn't praise them enough.

We also had the option to buy a @thenorfolkmouse for our wreaths or to take home for decoration. They were beautifully handmade and most of us who attended ended up buying one. 🎀

We came away feeling extremely wholesome, happy and festive. We will officially be doing this every year. Thank you for such a lovely afternoon.
