I have a to do list as long as my arm, permanent heart burn and a depressing annual mortgage statement just came through the door. Whoever said 40s are the new 20s is a goddamn liar.

Anyway, here’s a Wayback Wednesday from simpler times: playing Reading Festival in 2005. The view from the stage and the whole Plymouth crew after. #jannersforlife

I’ve been so busy, I’ve forgot to post about this sick benefit show we’re playing on Sunday. For a super good cause. There’s a ride out in the afternoon finishing at the gig. Gonna be epic. Can’t wait to see my friends @joepocketknife

FLOODS OF SHIT - OUT NOW!!!!!!

Our waters are not safe. Private companies dump untreated sewage into our water ways making it unsafe to drink, surf, swim. I’m fucking sick of it. It’s time to re-nationalise water.

Pre order our album from @all_in_vinyl

Here we are. The albums finished. Mad. It’s getting a vinyl release. Mental. Artwork is nearly there. Crazy. We’ll update you with a release date as soon as we have one but likely late August/early September. In the meantime here’s a photo of us looking fit as fuck. Fucking love these boys. Thanks for your patience xxx 📷 @isaacs.stills

FRIENDS - out now. Second single from our up coming album. I wrote this about some beautiful people that I know that were going through some shit. It was rad how everyone banded together. Tell your friends you love them #friends #punk #melodicpunk #diypunk

The People of MPF.

Had such a good weekend up in Manchester catching up with so many good friends. Kieran et al really do such an amazing job of organising and bringing people together. I have come away feeling inspired and energised to do more stuff this year.

Too many people to tag in the photos sorry.

Thanks so much to everyone who got down early to see Self Torque. It was one-in/one-out when we played which was very cool (for us, not for the outs I guess). See ya next year oioi.
