10 weeks ago 12 people decided to make a change 🙌🏻

Today the results are in…

107.6lbs lost, as a group, in 10 weeks 🤯

No crash diets, no cutting out carbs, no spending hours in the gym and no giving up the things they love

Just consistency, personalised training plans, proper nutritional guidance and showing up even when life got in the way…

And trust me, life definitely got in the way. 2 bank holidays, the World Cup and England deciding to turn in to the Sahara desert for a good chunk of the 10 weeks!

Motivation dipped, the beer garden became very enticing, sessions got missed and plans changed.

But everyone stuck at it and showed up for themselves more often that not and that’s all it takes!

To every single one of you, thank you for trusting me with your journey. This is exactly why I do what I do

Something new is coming very soon for anyone that has been thinking about making a change.

Sending check in messages from Kansas City this week 🏟️

And while the UK has been absolutely melting, my clients have still been showing up

Swipe to see what a few weeks of consistency actually looks like 👉🏻

Not perfect. Not always easy. But always worth it…

Who else has been smashing it despite the heat this week?

Almost 3 weeks on from the Marathon and I can look at it a bit more objectively now…

At the time, I was gutted.
Probably the biggest athletic setback I’ve had.
For a few days it genuinely felt like I’d let people down after putting so much into it.

But that feeling didn’t last.
Taking a week to properly switch off helped more than anything. No running, just walking the dog, spending quality time with Emma and letting things settle.

Now I’m feeling good again.
Back training, 10k in a few weeks that I want to push a PB for and back in the gym with a clear focus again

Alongside that, the first group has just started the 10 week Gym + Tonic: Summer Reset challenge

All at the beginning of their own journeys.
Same focus for all of us:
Structure. Basics. Consistency.

Funny how it always comes back to that…

✨QUEEN✨

When the Queen that is @pointofroo comes to visit. You know you need to get some content.

I get so caught up chatting and creating I need that nudge to get the before and after.

I bloody love social media but u honestly feel like I need a live in content creator at work with me. Anyone up to the job??? 😂

I’m sorry but. Tell me there is a better colour that a beaut multi tonal brunette?

I was literally in my element with @roosappetite Just getting in my groove whilst she worked away. Looking like I’m slapping a bit here and a bit there and generally looking like I was making a mess. But..,, I had a vision. It was all calculated. And the end result was totally totally worth it!!

I got tonnes of cooking tips too! Make sure you give her a follow 💕💕💕

Party in your mouth kind of flavours here 🔥 Lemon, honey & soy chicken with garlic butter noddles and stir fried greens. Naughty 🤤 the chicken is one I made a while ago found on @zenaskitchen and the Garlic butter noodles @cheftudavidphu taught me once on a cook along. So so tasty 😍 recipes can be found on their pages 👌🏻 My stir fried greens recipe can be found on my highlights. Happy eating 😃
