On A Mission and we aren’t stopping to we make the Olympics🏔🏊‍♀️🥇🏆

Shout out to my little Superstar who’s is constantly Dominating across multiple Junior Swimming divisions.
I’ve been lucky enough to have started her Strength and conditioning Training 3 years ago.
Em was 10 when we embarked on her Exciting Journey to specifically Target swim specific resistance Training.
We have also incorporated High Altiitude Training to Enhance Cardiovascular Endurance.

Emmmerson 3 years on is not only Blasting her current under 13 Age group out of the water .
To recently Swimming under 15 boys times 😍

Building Emmerson’s overall Performance has been a credit to her Dedication and Motivation to improve each week.

Her long Raced Events such as 800m 1500m Free are the newest Addition to her list of achievements🏅

Em and I are constantly pushing our Standards to ultimately develop a winning formula to fast track her overall strength and Boost her Endurance by Training in a simulated High Altitude Training Environment.

We have significantly enhanced Emmerson’s Blood oxygen % within the body.
Her ability to push through higher working intervals and sustain a faster Recovering Heart Rate post maximal Effort is significantly Better than those who haven’t utilised High Altitude Training.
Ems Performance sessions are around the 3000m+ above sea level.
In such a short space of time we have progressed our swim race meets .
From school race swimming days to regional To metro and to states and embarking on your AIS journey.

We congratulate you Em on your current Achievements and can’t wait to see your next chapter of Swimming Races and Events to come.

All The Best @emmerson_hoggan
Keep smashing it 🏊‍♀️🥇🏔

So 3 1/2 months ago I went to this man right here and said “ I want to make it to the next level” anything he throws at me I am willing to do!
I started at 144kgs and today after continuous effort to get my ass to the gym and to push myself through sessions I am at 122kgs....
To lose 22kgs, build my strength and to see the results getting up and down the court, moving on defense and the ability to get up higher on my jump!
I’m so excited to keep chasing my goals and getting myself to that next level! The hard work is only just beginning now!
