MENSTRUATOR 🩸 EP coming soon @mercadomaroto @venturamines MENSTRUATOR Music, Movement, Performance Art by @titzvagabond Menstruation is the only blood that doesn't come from violence, somehow it's the only that disgusts all nation, They want us to stay in silence that's manipulation, I know now. MENSTRUATOR It's sound, it's poetry, it's gesture, it's a cycle, it's a dance, it's intimate, it's universal. It's me, it's the planet, it's a vulnerable fleshy body, its all of us, bleeding or not, we all have soft bits and hard bits to accept in ourselves ❤️ ONGOING Continuous Process of Transforming PAIN INTO PARTY💃

MANIFESTO ✨ 1. DARE Stay true to yourself and ask all the questions you want. Asking never hurt anyone and there’s no right or wrong questions. Never go to bed with anything left to ask, if you do, write it down. Always carry a pad and a pen close enough to write any idea down. And if you feel curious about something, be brave to pursue it, no matter what. 2. COEXIST Embrace a metamodernist perspective: We are whole-living-systems. physical/mental/emotional/spiritual and digital interbeings, within-among-beyond-interbeings. We are living in a post-truth society and there’s no truth anymore. Everything can be inspiration and ideas can come from anywhere. So, we can consider all human ‘deviations’ as valuable. Both digital and virtual realms need to be considered such as much as primordial basic objects need to be considered as technology. 3. LISTEN From a neutral perspective listen to scientific definitions, electronics, gardening, heavy metal music, chemistry, or mythology are the results of the journey of human life and its imagination evolution, therefore, everything goes in the playful pot of creation, and the resultant product variations are endless too. Listen to nature. Contemplate. 4. ENJOY Always enjoy what you do by being playful. If you felt the need of doing something, enjoy it, and always do what makes you feel good inside. Even if you don’t know how to materialize the concept completely or where that idea is going, document it as fast as you can. Do it. 5. RISK Feeling good doesn’t mean avoiding discomfort. Get out of the easy and normal. Be weird. Get out of your comfort zone. Relearn what you’ve forgotten with age and go back to grab your childhood freedom in order to set yourself free from self-judgement. Play. 6. FAIL Pain sucks but error breed sense. Make sure you learn the lesson every time you make mistakes, without judging yourself. Everything happens for a reason. Be grateful that failure saved you time, the faster you fail, the faster you move on and evolve. Don’t look for success but for being fearless. When you’re brave no weak heart will enter your arena. 7. GIVE Surrender to the work and give ideas, make suggestions. 👇
