🧙‍♀️🔥🕯️ RECLAIMING HALLOWEEN: ROOTED (RE)SOURCING Special Edition
Sa, 31. Oktober 2026 | 19:00–21:00 Uhr (CET) | ROOTED healing space, Berlin-Kreuzberg

🔗 Hier buchen: Rooted Healing Space @rooted.berlin

Was dich erwartet

What if we became more curious about the fact that everything is temporary?

I’ve been thinking about this while reading Gwyn Williams’ Ripples to Waves, particularly his invitation to inquire into the temporary nature of things. To notice what is changing, to allow ourselves to grieve what we lose, and to be honest about the things none of us can escape.

This connects with the Metal element in Zenthai Shiatsu, which explores themes of change, grief, release and letting go.

And what I love about Zenthai is that this inquiry can happen through the body. Through movement, breath and touch, we can notice how we hold on, what is ready to mellow, and what might be ready to move.

Maybe becoming more comfortable with change begins with becoming more curious about it.

If you’d like to explore that, I offer Zenthai Shiatsu sessions every Friday & Sunday at Rooted Space in Berlin.

A new home for our Trauma-Informed Yin TTC. 💜

I’m very happy to share that we have found a beautiful new space for our three weekends together.

@rooted.berlin ✨

📍 Planufer 92, 10967 Berlin
U-Bahn Schönleinstraße

The new studio is calm, intimate and spacious, a beautiful environment to slow down, explore, learn and share these 3 weekends of Yin together.

Over 50 hours and three modules, we will explore:

• Trauma & the nervous system
• Functional anatomy & fascia
• Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Yin asana & the body
• Trauma-informed teaching
• Sequencing & teaching methodology
• Holding space & finding your authentic voice

Alongside the theory, there will be plenty of space for practice, reflection, conversation and integration.

Our first weekend begins September 18th, and there are now only 3 places remaining.

If you have been considering joining, this is a beautiful time to take the step. 🌟

For more information or to reserve one of the remaining places, send me a DM or visit the link in my bio.

I’m really looking forward to meeting this group and beginning this journey together. ✨
