Let this be a reminder of dancing & flowing is not all about being happy and satisfied or that you don’t care about all the crazy things that going on. It’s about expression, expression of confusion, anger, sadness, joy and whatever is within the true self. Every being has their own way to express these emotions. Let all be and live how they desire. May we all reach the highest level of understanding of each other. May the compassion within our hearts save us.🪽🦋

There is a powerful sense in me that wants to celebrate the better days that are coming! There is always light shining after the darkest nights and the great Phoenix will rise from the ashes again.🐦‍🔥

✨ Aktif Meditasyon | Conscious Dance ✨
4 Kasım Salı, 18:30 - 20:30
@lotus.chakra’da, Ania Akbari ile 🪷

💜 Eğitmen: @rooted.in.flowing (Ania Akbari)

📍 Yer: Lotus Chakra

“We spend much of our lives creating containers, but they are only containers. When those containers are crushed, which they inevitably will be, we discover something that endures beyond them -the human heart, the soul, the Mystery, the instinct to embrace our Source unconditionally.”
