As I think about the last few months of having this account, I can’t help but feel so grateful for the running community. I seriously had no idea how supportive and encouraging it was. I’ve met some amazing people who have been supporting me since the very beginning. If you want to be encouraged and inspired, go give them a follow!

Every race begins long before the start line.
It begins in the quiet miles,
when the world is still asleep but your alarm isn’t.
It begins in the mornings you laced up, even when you didn’t want to.
It begins in the moments you chose discipline over comfort,
and faith over doubt.

Because every run — every step — builds the runner you’ll be on race day.
That’s where the real race begins.

Suit up with MIER.
Run with confidence. Run your story.

MIER | Built for those who keep showing up.

ACCOUNTABILITY (swipe)

From being sub % body fat, to becoming a whole different person in all the wrong ways. I absolutely let myself go. I was stuffing my face any chance I could, food was an outlet and I paid the price. Change is always possible even when it seems like it’s not even feasible, staying the course absolutely no excuses. Everyday is a day to be better and climb back
