If you know me there are 2 things that have been the hardest on this health journey….. working out and drinking water…. Yes water lol. This is my new routine everyday ( I shoot for everyday) After I walk on my walking pad I use the core max for sit ups.. I have a bad back and this helps with support (1 pack here I come 😊) I use my 5lbs weights and yes…. That is a thigh master, I am channeling the Susan Sommers in me :-))) all these little things I am adding to my day seem to be working. Oreo is the best workout buddy…not lol All of these were bought on @amazon all very affordable @rootedwithmaria @islandtalksstory @thecompanyofmoms #amazonfinds #amazon #amazonfitness #fitatfifty #fitat50 #gethealthy
