You don’t have to push through burnout or carry stress in your body every day.
Yomassage is your reset—blending gentle massage, restorative yoga, and meditation to calm your nervous system.

Choose what you need right now:
• A small, supportive group (4 spots max)
• A private 1:1 session, just for you

Both are designed to release tension, quiet your mind, and help you feel at home in your body again.

Mexico, NY (main studio)
Pulaski, NY &
Central Square, NY.

Book online through the link in my bio, or text me directly at 315-593-4732 if that’s easier.

You deserve this space to let it all go. 💫

Pulaski YoMassage — Sold Out This Week!
This Thursday’s 5:30–6:30 PM session in Pulaski is officially full 🙌

Missed it? You can still join me next Thursday, Aug 21st at the same time in Pulaski — I have 3 spots left for that one.

Central Square — I’ll be at the Market this Sunday (9am-1pm) and there are just 2 spots left for all sessions there.

How to grab your spot:
Head to my website → click “Events” → choose your location → grab your ticket.

💆‍♀️ Not a group person?
I just opened this Friday morning for a private one-on-one YoMassage in Pulaski. If you want a more intimate, custom session, message me to book — this one isn’t online yet.

People have been loving these sessions — the combination of gentle stretch, supportive touch, and deep relaxation has been next-level for stress relief and nervous system reset. I have space for you to come see why!
