Doors7pm Show8pm - Tickets on sale now 🎟️

-Rising star organist Sam Fribush and guitarist Ari Teitel ( @therumble.official / @dumpstaphunk ) have joined forces with @lettucefunk drummer Adam Deitch to craft a groundbreaking organ trio album that merges vintage funky soul-jazz with modern hip-hop production. Their highly anticipated debut LP, recorded straight to a vintage Tascam tape machine at Colorado Sound Studios, was released in May 2025, offering a fresh take on the classic organ trio format.

w/ direct support from Halle Tomlinson @halletomlinson
- Halle Tomlinson is a vocalist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose sound blends sultry neo-soul and R&B vocals with hard hitting, hip hop inspired production and sophisticated jazz harmony. Her music draws from the warmth and musicianship of classic soul while embracing a modern production style built around texture, rhythm and experimentation.

Want to know more about Brazilian music?

Brazilian Music is rich. It’s more than samba and bossa nova. It’s the drums of Salvador, Bahia. It’s Afro-Brazilian rhythms carried across generations and across oceans.

Meet Dandha da Hora - She joined Ilê Aiyê, Brazil’s first bloco afro (founded in 1974), when she was just six years old. As a lead dancer, she toured the world and shared the stage with legends like Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and Daniela Mercury.

Today she lives in the US as a dancer, singer, teacher and culture bearer, keeping the spirit of Bahia alive here, including right here in Colorado with SambaDendê and Bateria Alegria. 💛

This page is a journey through the history of Brazilian music and culture in the USA: the artists, the events and the moments that brought Brazil to our stages. In this Video Dandha sings “Ilê Perola Negra (O Canto do Negro)” my very favorite in Dandha’s Voice. I feel all the feelings when she performs it on stage. This video was recorded this past @coloradobrazilfest at @rootsmusicproject on Aug 2026.

Follow this account @brazilianmusicusa for more stories, past events and Brazilian culture you won’t see anywhere else.
Tell us in the comments: what’s the first Brazilian song you ever fell in love with?

What do you want to see here? Let’s start a Brazilian Music space where we can meet to learn more about Brazilian Music and soulful poetry and music. A Virtual Brazilian “Casa de Cultura” in the US.
Send this to a friend who loves music from Brazil and unique art.
