TNR Frederick had a great turnout! Definitely left some tricks on the table this week, but we’ll be back.

Backyard Bash - Mile High Battle 2026 Fundraiser

This was so much fun! Thank you to all of the skaters letting me stand in the danger zone to get all of these rad shots of you and to the event hosts! It was great seeing the community come together like this.

If I missed a tag or if any of th skaters in this want copies of their pics hit me up! I definitely didn’t get all of you that day. Special shout out to @salzwoman for her video too!

Today was new skate day for us here at the shop! Here you see @rootvegetableboy exploring their edges on the new @frskates FR2 80s in Light Purple 👾👾👾

The FR2 80 is a classic urban & freestyle skate that comes mounted on 4x80 frames with 2mm rockerable axels for optional swivel-ability and freestyle fun.

The FR 1/2/3 range of skates are all highly modifiable and can be easily customized using parts from any other skate in the FR 1/2/3 line, making it easy to upgrade your setup or build a unique color combination. Frames can be swapped for any 165mm, (aka “recreational mount”), frames on the market. We are here to help if you wanna chat about customizing your FR skates 🫡

The Light Purple FR2 80 is available at Beehive while supplies last, come try some on or visit the website for more details. Skate on, skaters!

Many thanks to @sgsportsdistribution for the support and the speedy delivery! 📦 📦📦

“I think skating taught me to be comfortable in my own skin. Ive gotten so much more confident in just being myself and not staying locked into my social anxiety. Turns out it’s way easier to talk to people if you stop trying to fit into a mold that doesn’t fit you.”

Part V of @yelloredbull and I's performance at @MCAChicago was a collaborative performance following Yoko Ono's scores for EARTH PIECE and WOOD PIECE.

EARTH PIECE: Listen to the sound of the earth turning.
WOOD PIECE: Use any piece of wood. Make different sounds by using different angles of your hand in hitting it.

Thank you to @MCAChicago and @gordon.d.fung for having us and to @stevie.ceruolo , @rootvegetableboy , and @pastaglow for documentation. What an honor to be invited to perform in the same room as the work of one of my formative idols.
