When your locs start merging together, don’t just force a retwist you need a loctician who knows how to separate, protect, and clean them up the right way. @rootztolocz

This client came in for his first appointment at Rootz to Locz after going a while without a retwist, and his locs started merging together at the roots.

And let me tell you… this is exactly why consistent loc maintenance matters. Once locs start marrying together, you don’t want to just pull, rip, or force them apart. That can cause thinning, breakage, scalp tension, and unnecessary damage.

For this service, I carefully separated the locs, cleaned up the parts, and gave him a fresh Rootz to Locz Signature Retwist so his locs could breathe again and get back on track.

Healthy locs don’t happen by accident. They need the right hands, the right technique, and somebody who actually knows what they’re looking at.

If you’re in San Diego and your locs are overdue, merging together, thinning, or just need a clean reset… Rootz to Locz got you.
