Happy National Esthetician Day! 💗🌸 📸: @rorrie.travis @studio.rdt @ascendstudiossc ✨ 💦: @courtneysykesskincare @the_esthetics_instructor ✨ 💅🏽: @otani_nails ✨ Today I want to show love to EVERY esthetician — whether you just got your license last week, or you’ve been in the game for 10+ years… This life is SO much more than facials and glowing skin. It’s the skin consultations. The lab work. The product trial and error. The employee training, ASCP training, CEU training. The license renewals. Washing endless laundry, cleaning, sanitizing everything. Facial sessions, waxing sessions, massage therapy. The skincare therapy degree, laser training, certifications. Strict policies. Moving and starting over from the ground up. Building a clientele from SCRATCH. Raising your prices. Having to fire clients. Imposter syndrome. Comparison. Then being inspired again. Finding your brand. Knowing your niche. Practicing your specialties. Trying to find work-life balance. Traveling with your expertise. Separating friendship and business. Learning to take advantage of your own talents and actually DO your self-care. Hosting, answering endless calls and emails, campaigning, vendor events, networking workshops. Researching and experimenting with new products at 2am. There’s A LOT that goes into this life. It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it. To every esti who has ever felt tired, overlooked, or like giving up — I see you. Keep going. Your hands heal more than skin, you heal confidence. We are more than estheticians — we are therapists, business owners, scientists, educators, and artists. Cheers to my sisters in skincare! xoxo We deserve all the love today! 🧖🏽‍♀️💕 Tag an esthetician who inspires you! 😽 #NationalEstheticianDay #EstheticianLife #BlackEsthetician #TouchEsthetics #LicensedEsthetician

Unleash the Beast. I loved how they used the Avatars in beast morphers, ofc i would have loved if they spanned across multiple seasons or maybe an evil avatar of wes/tommy (maybe I will do a post for them lol). Anyways who's your favourite Beast character and why . . . . #powerrangers #gogopowerrangers #explore #throwback #trending #beastmorphers

📸 What a day! 🔥 Bad weather, unexpected chaos, an amazing crowd, and a whole lot of memories made! Even with the weather working against us, people still showed up and brought the energy, making NerdFest a day to remember. ❤️ It was an absolute pleasure capturing the cosplayers, vendors, guests, and all the little moments that made this event special. And having Rorrie Travis there made the day that much cooler! Getting to meet him and see the excitement he brought to the event was such a highlight. A huge thank-you to the NerdFest team for welcoming me in to capture the day, and to everyone who came out, supported the vendors, showed off their cosplay, and helped make it happen. Events like this are about more than what's happening on the floor—it's about the people, the connections, and the memories we make together. Thanks for letting me be part of the action. Here's to the next one! 🥂 . . . #lacauphotos #nerdfest #powerrangers #eventphotography #convention

Today was @nerdfest_of_rock_hill_sc , a con we at @chasingcollectiblessc put on with @nerf_herder_comics and it was a huge success. Despite the outer bands of a tropical storm hitting us, it was our biggest show yet with over 670 paying adults and lots of kids getting in free! There’s a lot of work that goes into putting a show like this. We brought together comic, toy, card vendors and more, as well as artists, writers, Ghostbusters, cosplayers, food trucks, and a real power ranger! It was a blast all around and I’m so proud of the work we did! Thankful to be part of the team, now…to rest! #comiccon #writing #rockhillsc #writers #artists
