We’re bringing our community together for one huge morning of training, challenges, music, breakfast and plenty of prizes.

7:30AM — WORKOUT 01
8:30AM — WORKOUT 02
10:30AM — THE 3-PART CHALLENGE
1. Heaviest deadlift
2. Most pull-ups
3. Acid Bath

DJ Rory O’Connor will be setting the pace with epic tunes, while our friends at @drinkaltr keep everyone hydrated throughout the morning.

Our team will also be on the breakfast BBQ, serving up fresh brekky rolls for everyone coming down.

Thanks to the incredible local businesses supporting our launch, there’ll be loads of prizes up for grabs from @sipfitstudio, @treendalefarmhotel, fullofbeanzcoffee and @switchperform.

Whether you’re competing, training or coming down to support your crew, there’s a place for you.
