Thank you, Camp McDowell, for a lifetime of friendships and memories. I have truly felt what unconditional love is and experienced a glimpse of the way the world could be.

In the “Salvation Song,” it says, “We came for all that’s good, that’s how we’ll walk away.” Now that my years as a camper are over, I know that camp wasn’t just good—it was great (some might say wonderful).

My heart could not be more full after these years filled with incredible experiences. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
