Diet culture can be toxic. Remember, it’s not necessarily valid information if the person saying it has no credibility. 👏🏻💯

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁.” - The Grinch⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Surprisingly, because I haven’t been out shopping a ton this time of year like I normally am, I feel like I can enjoy the beauty of a Christmas song/carol.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’m usually The Grinch when it comes to Christmas music as I find the 𝗗𝗔𝗬 after Halloween, it’s out there and we hear it for two months straight. 🤪⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Thankfully, I’ve been able to 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 into the spirit this year. Haha.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Hey now, everyone’s got 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 they’re a Grinch for. In fact, @sydneylexusmartenss and I had a chat today about the snow.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣She hates every oz of it, while I’m ok with it for Christmas, I just prefer sunshine and heat the remaining 364 days. Lol.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣What’s one thing you’re a Grinch about when it comes to the Holidays?⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣One thing I do know, you guys are 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 the challenges.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Thank you so much to every one of you who has taken part. “𝗜’𝗺 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀” – Bing Crosby⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣With Christmas being so close, I can’t help but 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 for snow.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Anyone else feel like Christmas just isn’t ‘𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨’ without snow?⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Actually, let’s have some #𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 for a second.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’ve been seeing and hearing a lot of people say ‘𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘥’ with everything that’s going on in the world. 𝘉𝘢𝘩-𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘶𝘨!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣While I understand the difficulty of not being able to see our families in person over the holidays, this doesn’t mean that it’s ‘𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘥’.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣While the world might be able to place restrictions to ensure the safety of others, they can’t 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭 the holidays.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Shift focus to what we 𝗖𝗔𝗡 do. ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣We can still Facetime, Zoom, and use our messaging apps to stay in touch with family members.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣We can still bake our cookies and wrap our gifts and put them under the tree – OR we can mail them to our loved ones.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣We can admire Christmas lights and sip hot chocolate and Baileys or whatever it is that you fancy.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣We can still celebrate these things and enjoy these things with those within our household.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. 🎄💕⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣In my heart, I feel like we’ve come so far and we only have a little bit more to go – so hang in there. 🤗⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣For now, let’s keep moving.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Bringing you DAY 10 – that’s right, we only have three days left.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝗗𝗮𝘆 10 𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗠𝗥𝗔𝗣.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Set your timer for 2 rounds of 4 minutes with a 1-minute break in between.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Exercises:⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣🎄10 Downward Dogs⁣ ⁣🌟20 Russian Twists⁣ ⁣🎄30 Second Plank⁣ ⁣🌟20 Scissor Kicks⁣ ⁣🎄10 T-Cross Sit-Ups⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Once you’re done, let me know what you found the most challenging below! ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣CRUSH IT!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ @devoteewear Cropped Back Shirt

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀…⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Yesterday, I welcomed @erika_eddy_1310 to my team after she was announced as my 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 of 𝙏𝙒𝙊 challenge winners.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Erika is joining a team that continues to grow not only in size, but in mindset.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣You see, I’m building a team that is full of bad-ass women who are 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗗 of who they are. Women who are 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 in their own skin and who are 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚, both mind and body.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’m extending another prize valued at $250 which includes training/nutrition and accountability. Why wait until 2021 to get started?⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣My team is not waiting until 2021 to get started on goals. We are all working now, why wait?⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣So, I ask. Who’s next?!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Day 8 is ….⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝗟𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗘𝗥! 🪜⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I know the last ladder workout killed you guys but this one is going to be slightly different. 😈⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Exercises:⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣🎄2 x Sit-Ups⁣ ⁣🎄2 x Reverse Crunch⁣ ⁣🎄2 x Plank Jacks⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣For your timer, we’re still going to leave it at 2 sets of 4 minutes with a 1-minute break. However, when the timer starts, you’re going to start out with 2 Sit-Ups, 2 Reverse Crunches, and 2 Plank Jacks. Once you get through that round of exercises, add two more to each.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I.e Round 2 would be 4 Sit-Ups, 4 Reverse Crunches and 4 Plank Jacks.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Round 3 would be 6 Sit-Ups, 6 Reverse Crunches and 6 Plank Jacks.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Continue to add two each round until the 4-minute timer is up.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Take your 1-minute rest and then try to 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗧 👏🏻 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 👏🏻𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 👏🏻 in the second set.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣If you made it to 16, try to hit 18 of each.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣If you’re thinking “𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣’𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩” …. 😉⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝗗𝗢 𝗠𝗘 𝗔 𝗙𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗥 and take “𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵” out of your vocabulary.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣It’s not getting you anywhere. 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣The second you tell yourself you can’t do something, guess what, you won't.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Instead, tell yourself you 𝗖𝗔𝗡, and you 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟. 🙌🏻🌟⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Believe in yourself. 🤗⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣You might be surprised at what you can accomplish.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ @𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀

Thank you for joining me so far in this daily journey.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Only two more days after this one before I announce the first winner. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I’ve gotten so many messages, and I’m feeling the love. It’s been so nice getting to know so many of you. Keep em’ coming!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺?⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Next to baking, I really enjoy wrapping presents. I know it’s not about what’s UNDER the tree that matters, but it’s therapeutic for me and there’s something so special about it.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣With that being said, let’s get to work.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Day 5 is another 𝗛𝗜𝗜𝗧 workout.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣I know, I know. Your abs are already on fire! BUT give this one a shot and let me know what you think.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣For your timer settings:⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Sets: 10⁣ ⁣Activity: 40 Sec⁣ ⁣Break: 20 Sec⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Exercises:⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣🎄Plank Up/Downs⁣ ⁣🎄Push Up to Alt.
