On the search for your very own personal trainer? @rosecolclough is your girl! Just getting around to sharing her branding photos
On a side note, I’ve came to the conclusion that I want to share as many sessions as possible on here even if that means posting 3x a day.🥹

I’m not a runner — ask anyone who knew me in middle school when I’d sob during suicides at soccer practice *cough cough* @actordad or in high school when @e_cham10 & I would hide in the stairwell during drylands for swim conditioning (while @kat_booth5 lapped us) — it was never my thing.

Throughout this journey I’ve enjoyed challenging myself to see what my body is capable of. In 2021 I completed the 75 hard, for my birthday last year I did the Murph for shits & giggles (it’s absolutely no joke), and this year I’m determined to learn to run, effectively. The mental, physical, technique, learning to stretch, breathe, fuel, etc. I’m ready to learn all the deets.

This isn’t about mileage or pace, just working towards a new goal — this page is about learning to hold/take up space in your wellness community & to be honest, running makes me ~extremely~ insecure. That’s why I’m thankful for this outlet, for the individuals that support it, and for my body that’s willing and able to help me through a new challenge.

Any playlists/podcasts recommendations please send my way so I can struggle with blessed ears ✨✨

Over the last three years of my weight loss journey, I’ve learned so much — both good, and bad. Losing weight & creating a healthier lifestyle for myself has been so rewarding and life changing, but I can’t lie, it’s also been exhausting and depleting. I’ve suffered from hair loss, fighting balance vs. restriction, disordered eating, and looking at food differently, a relationship I have to constantly work on and check myself for.

I feel that this is something so many of us struggle with, wanting to fuel ourselves and be strong and fulfilled, but also scared it will cause the scale to move up and erase whatever progress that was made.

If you’re having a difficult time with food, your body, your movement, I hear you and I see you. Some days are better than others, and on the days that you feel overwhelmed with any of the three — reach out & let’s chat 🧡

Let’s continue to take up & hold space.

Grocery Series: Snack edition 🍒

Learning how to grocery shop to maximize time, money & ingredients is difficult, especially when you have no idea where to start. This is where the grocery series will help ya, providing useful tips & tricks I use when meal planning for my week 👏🏼

Here’s a few of my favorite go-to snack essentials! Lots of protein, fiber, carbs & fruit all up in there to give you a boost of energy during the day. When shopping for your week, try to grab an array of colored veg & fruit, a few dairy options (if your tummy allows), some feel-good snacks & single packaged dips & crackers for easy grab and go.

Let’s BRUNCH 🥞🫐✨

These low calorie, high protein pancakes will fuel you while satisfying that sweet tooth! During a cut, I’m always looking for a healthier version of a comfort food & these are IT for me! Less than 400 calories and over 36g of protein, these have been a staple for me this past year and will continue to be!

Try if you so desire 😏
