Four years and five brigades later…

I signed up hoping to change lives, little did I know I’d walk away with my own rewritten. I’m leaving with lifelong friendships, endless memories, and knowledge of the type of healthcare provider I want to be. Thank you to everyone who stood by me along the way and to every patient who trusted me. You’ve changed my life for the better ❤️

Is this a safe space?! 📸 I can’t believe I got to do this again I’m so grateful for every single second of brigade I get to be on. Guatemala was a beautifully profound lesson to the importance of community. Thank you to every single member of the town that was vulnerable and kind enough to let us into their world. This trip was so empowering and has been an incredible opportunity. Thankful to every one of my 25 new best friends I’m shocked every-time I go on brigade how quickly you can form such intimate friendships and I can’t wait the for next one. Thankful for the incredible staff on this trip. Thank you Guatemala for teaching me the importance of community and kindness. This is a trip I will never forget! 🇬🇹🩵🤍
