A little recharge goes a long way.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of the body that takes care of you.

You only get one body. Treat it like it’s carrying you through every PR… because it is. 🤍

Recovery isn’t a reward it’s part of training. Sleep, nutrition, mobility, and recovery are what allow you to keep showing up stronger.

Jess Powell was getting long press calls at the APL Pro earlier this year.

She couldn't fully settle the bar on her chest without losing tension, and it was costing her on the platform.

After the meet we spent a full block on 5 second paused bench work.

Deliberately uncomfortable, deliberately specific.

Building the control and positioning she needed under competition conditions.

By the end of the second block she'd added 5kg to her bench max.

The fix is rarely what it looks like on the surface.

If you want coaching that finds the actual problem, apply via the link in bio.
