Looking back on my time at KSU, I’m just really grateful. For the lessons, the setbacks, the friendships, and everything in between. I’ve always believed things unfold the way they’re supposed to, and even the moments where I was on the bench, doubting myself, or scared to fail ended up shaping me in ways I didn’t see coming. Even having my career cut short gave me a perspective I’ll carry with me forever.

Thank you to Coach Maness for taking a chance on me. I came in as a sophomore with no recruiting background from UK, no real experience at this level, just a girl who couldn’t let go of the dream. Every bit of work, discipline, and sacrifice it took to get on that field meant everything to me.

Thank you to Coach Bailey for pushing me harder than I thought I could go and holding me to a higher standard every single day.

Thank you Matt for being such a wonderful, funny, and inspiring coach this past year.

And to my teammates from the past three years, thank you for welcoming me the way you did. You turned this into something so much bigger than a sport, and I’ll carry those friendships for life.

KSU Lacrosse, thank you for everything. I’ll miss this more than I can put into words.
