Week 4 is in the books. 🏈

Three teams are still perfect. The Vikings are 4-0 after winning two games without an offensive touchdown. Jonathan Taylor set the NFL’s international touchdown record. & Arvell Reese turned in the best game of his rookie season.

New recap every Wednesday, all season long.

Rosengarten has been *sizzling* as a run blocker through 2 weeks 🥵

Rosengarten using his signature “cross-chop” technique to cut off a 2T, 3T, 4is, B-gap spinner (Watt) and slingshotting a 2nd level LB 😮‍💨

Lots of conversations about if a “trap” is a hold. Here is a clean, textbook trap by @ravens RT @rosengarten that leaves no doubt. Listen to the breakdown!

Offense looked great for the @ravens in Week 1

Shoutout @rosengarten for putting together a great first week, especially in the run game

Physicality and explosiveness was a big focus going into the year - here’s a look at some of the work that went into building these

1a) Hang Clean: 4x3
1b) MB Overhead Throw: 3x2

2a) Speed Squat: 4x3
2b) DB Jump: 3x3

3a) Banded Speed Bench: 4x3
3b) Mb Chest Pass: 3x5

Big season incoming 💪🏽

Already expect the right side duo of 71 & 70 in Baltimore to be one of the most fun to watch this season in the run game specifically. They put on a ‘B’ block clinic Week 1. You love to see it.

Put that little lead & finish from 70 in there at the end as a fun addition.

But Rosengarten was one of the best run-blocking RTs in the NFL last season! Now with Vega’s power next to him? Must-watch this season 🎥
