We finally did it! Our first sales meeting at our new Woodlands office is officially in the books! 🥂

We’ve been waiting for this moment for a while, and seeing it all come together made this morning extra special. At Nan, we’re all about connecting, sharing ideas, and learning from one another. Now, our agents have a space of their own to do just that, build stronger relationships, and grow together.

Our newest office is located at 📍 10001 Woodloch Forest Drive in The Woodlands Waterway area. Stop by and let us show you around!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to @your.floor.store for sponsoring this wonderful morning!

🏡🎢 MORTGAGE RATES MAY MOVE… BUT YOUR PLAN DOESN’T HAVE TO!

Let’s be honest — mortgage rates can feel a little like a roller coaster. 🎢

But here’s the good news: there are still opportunities in today’s market.

Whether you’re looking to buy your first home, move up, invest, or simply understand your options, the key is having the right strategy.

✅ Know your numbers
✅ Know your buying power
✅ Explore your loan options
✅ Negotiate with confidence
✅ Focus on the home and the overall payment — not just the rate

And remember: You don’t have to wait for the “perfect” market to make a smart move. You need a plan that makes sense for YOU.

📲 Want to know what your options look like in today’s market? Let’s talk.
