I can’t even order Chinese takeout in Greenwich, Connecticut without running into the CPG community. (This is a good thing, by the way.) 🥡 Sunday night I was well outside my West Village habitat for my son’s hockey tournament, juggling a 7:30 puck drop and a long car ride home with finding something to eat. My son was lobbying hard for fast food, but I wanted soup, so soup won. Forty-five minutes later—a wait no Manhattan takeout spot would survive—I was standing by the door when a fellow diner and I started looking at each other, both doing the same math. It was none other than @roseysyrah founder of @dynasty_beverage—a by-women, for-women hydration brand. Between hugs and photos, Sarah told me I’d been on her list to call about joining the community she’s building around Dynasty. Well, it looks like the universe saved her the phone call, and I’m more than excited to be one of her #wingwomen 💧 A hydration brand built for women, meet a woman who runs at least race every month. I’ll report back from the course. This industry runs on relationships, and this weekend they followed me all the way to my takeout order. #CPGCommunity #femalefounded #hydration @brand_now_

I traveled to NYC to celebrate the launch of @theplayersnetwork_ app and the amazing people behind it. As a former pro, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate this game as a player, but more importantly as a woman — finding the right people, understanding the process, knowing who to trust and who makes you feel safe, building your brand and finding opportunities. The Player’s Network is creating the platform I wish existed for me: a trusted space for players to connect, learn, be seen, and take ownership of their careers. And that mission feels deeply connected to the work I’m doing around the world to create more pathways and opportunities for women in football. Women supporting women. Players opening doors for players. Building the game we wish we had. 🌎 Because growing the women’s game isn’t just about what happens on the field. It’s about building the ecosystem around the player and making sure women have the resources, relationships, knowledge, and support to thrive. To the next generation: check out The Player’s Network, sign up, and learn more (link in bio). And if you have questions, reach out to me. I’m here. ❤️ And can’t wait to do more with this amazing group!! #ThePlayersNetwork #WomensFootball #WomenInSport #WomenSupportingWomen #GrowTheGame

A new hydration brand is putting women at the center of the formula. 💧 Dynasty has officially launched with a Lemon Lime hydration mix designed around a more intentionally balanced electrolyte profile for women, featuring moderate sodium and higher potassium. Founded by athlete and longtime marketing executive Sarah Shah, Dynasty brings her experience helping scale brands including Just Ice Tea and Maya Kaimal Foods into the fast-growing hydration category. Would you try a hydration mix formulated specifically for women? 👇

The second New Longevity Playbook focused on nutrition—food, protein, supplements after 40, and a room full of women asking the right questions. The throughline: protect and build muscle. That’s the lever for energy, metabolism, and independence later. A few takeaways that landed: “Enough protein” is A LOT more than you think—and it has to show up consistently. Protein doesn’t build muscle on its own—training does. Protein just makes it possible. Supplements are optional—muscle is not. Huge thanks to our partners Pause Greenwich, Well by Messer, and Dynasty for helping make the night feel as good as it was smart. And after doing tons of InBody scans for women 40+, I’m convinced: so many of us don’t need a new cleanse. We need a plan for muscle. What topics should we tackle next?

Something magical happens when women gather…🥰👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us at HUSH in Greenwich @hausofhush for such a beautiful evening focused on health, wellness, and the power of women supporting women. 👯‍♀️💚 We shared meaningful conversations about social connection, how women can better support one another, and the importance of creating spaces for connection and healing. The evening featured an amazing sound bath with Jean @thewokewidow a wonderful Q&A with Stephanie @stephaniedesantis_ , the inspiring owner of HUSH, and some much-needed warmth with herbal teas on a chilly night. ❄️☕ It was truly special to step out of the cold and into such a beautiful space with an incredible group of women. Thank you to all who came out to connect and share this experience! 🌿✨ 📷: @austekuncas @thecsxpodcast @stephaniedesantis_ 💕 #OnHealingBook #WomenSupportingWomen #HealingJourney #SocialConnection #WellnessEvent #HealingIn2025 #GreenwichEvents #MindBodyConnection
