I set out to educate the youngsters. As a gyn owner, I saw the transition from eating predominantly whole foods into eating cereal bars, protein products, and all the other nonsense!
It makes my day when I see young folks eating real foods!

To my sister (aka Fem),

To say I’m proud of you is an understatement. I don’t need to share your story on here, but I will share some… My now 21 year old sister has had hell from our workaholic family from the get go about her getting off her ass! And yes she was a lazy git.

So one day she decided to start a company called @puffbabeltd. I will let you all visit the @ to see what it’s about! She proved everyone wrong and went against the grain. SHE IS NOW KILLING IT! I MEAN KILLING IT.

Anyways, I just wanted to let my instagram know that apart from the flourishing business she has, my sister has the best soul I know. And now I feel like the dumb one out of the two of us… 🥲 I have the best sister about. GET TO KNOW.

Fem, I love you very much and NOTHING can change that….. No matter how much you piss me off. There won’t be a single chapter in your life that I won’t be by your side on.
