Because who doesn’t want more energy, a clearer mind, quality sleep, healthy digestion, a regular cycle, improved recovery, a healthier metabolism, and to feel strong?
Just to list a few….

Eat enough to support your hormones. Eat enough to build strength. Eat enough to thrive. Eat to nourishhhh!!

Our bodies weren’t designed to survive on the bare minimum xoxo

Let’s make nourishment the trend 💅

~ Get morning sunlight first thing
~ Ground yourself
~ Eat quality whole foods
~ Drink quality water that actually hydrates you (spring water or filtered water + Celtic sea salt)
~ Limit as much blue light at night as possible
~ Spend time without constant distractions. It’s okay to be bored. Create space for your thoughts
~ Prioritise sleep! 8-9 quality hours. Make your bedroom a sanctuary
~ Move your body - walk, lift weights, yoga, pilates. Movement is a gift, start to prioritise it
~ Create safety within your body. Slow down. Nourish it. Give it love
~ Spend as much time outdoors & in nature. Nature heals
~ Mindset matters. Become aware of your daily thoughts; are they positive or negative?

&& FYI these are all free 🤍🤍🤍
