Facing self-doubt, rejection, and the nagging belief “I’m not ‘enough’.”

And also seeing what’s possible
on the other side of that fear...

Redirection.

In January 2025, we launched the #1 International Best-Selling book, Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection.

It wasn’t just a book.

Itwas a love letter to our community.

A collaborative series written by our community, for our community

Many of them first-time authors who, like me, never thought their story mattered.

Spoiler alert: it does.

The book Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection has created a ripple effect far beyond its pages

Empowering people around the world in both their personal lives and professional journeys.

For many, it offered something they didn’t even realize they were waiting for…

Permission.

Permission to own their story

Not the polished version

But the real, imperfect
beautifully human one

Readers and contributing authors alike shared how the book helped them embrace their unique voice

And recognize
that vulnerability isn’t weakness

It’s the foundation of authentic leadership.

The stories within these pages also transformed fear into fuel.

Countless individuals saw themselves reflected in the raw, relatable journeys

People facing self-doubt, rejection
and the nagging belief they weren’t “enough.”

But they also saw what’s possible
on the other side of that fear

Confidence, growth, and impact.

And perhaps most powerful of all

Voice Your Vibe sparked a movement
of genuine connection

Across LinkedIn and beyond
readers felt empowered

To stop performing
To show up as themselves
And to build real, human-first relationships

With colleagues, clients, and communities

That is the heart of this work. ❤️

Because when people find the courage

To own their voice and share their story

They don’t just change their own life

They create space for others to do the same.

And that is where true connection begins.

Together. ❤️

❤️ Be the Voice. Become the Vibe. ❤️ Have you ever felt like you were swimming in someone else’s pool, struggling to find your own lane, your own voice? I know that feeling all too well. It’s that weight of trying to fit into spaces that weren’t meant for you, while your authentic self longs to break free.

That’s why Willie Jones III’s chapter in the #1 International Best-Seller Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection moved me so deeply.

His words aren’t just words, they’re a call to action. A reminder that the very struggles we often try to hide are the same ones that shape our voice and define our vibe.

Willie has faced unimaginable pain, from battling past addictions to the devastating loss of his mother and grandmother to breast cancer in the same year. Yet, through it all, he chose to rise. Not just for himself, but for everyone who has ever felt like their voice didn’t matter.

And that’s the heart of his message

“No struggle, no voice. No voice, no struggle.”

When we embrace our truth, the pain, the victories, and everything in between, we discover our voice. And when we find our voice, we create a ripple that inspires others to do the same.

That’s what it means to “Be the Voice. Become the Vibe.”

I’m incredibly honored to share space with Willie J and so many other extraordinary voices in this book. His story is a testament to what’s possible when we stop hiding, stop doubting, and start believing in the power of our own voice. Because when we stand in our authenticity, we don’t just change our own lives, we change the lives of those around us.

And let me tell you, the Voice Your Vibe community is one of the most beautiful examples of that. From the moment Willie connected with us, introduced by the wonderful Lonnee Rey, I saw that undeniable light in him. He’s not just someone who talks about resilience, he lives it.

It’s been an absolute joy to see how he’s poured his heart into uplifting others, reminding us all that we are more than our circumstances.

Willie’s chapter is a powerful reminder that success isn’t measured by titles or accolades, though he’s certainly earned those...

❤️‍🩹 Where There’s a Need, Here’s a Seed.❤️ There are stories that reach into your soul & never let go.🎗️Wendy Weiner Runge’s chapter in the #1 International Best Seller Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection is 1 of those stories. Its a masterful testament to resilience, the power of connection & the unshakable belief that even in the darkest moments, hope is never far away.

Wendys journey is 1 of unimaginable challenge. After being released from a maximum-security prison, she & her family faced what seemed like an endless uphill battle. The weight of legal fees, rejection from landlords &the devastating loss of her husbands parents left them w/out a permanent home for 14 months. They moved 7 times, each chipping away at their sense of stability. But what could have broken Wendy instead became the foundation for her strength.

Ill never forget how our connection grew. What began as conversations on LinkedIn quickly became something deeper, a genuine friendship built on trust, laughter, an unspoken understanding of what it means to endure.

When Wendy visited LA, I invited her to join my family at my primary schools carnival. I can still see that moment, the warmth of her smile, the kindness in her eyes. We were family.

But family isnt just about being there during the good times

Its about holding space when the weight feels unbearable.

Wendy'd faced so much, the unjust legal battles, the heartbreaking losses, yet, there she stood, unwavering. I saw in her the same light she brought to everyone she met. She didnt just survive; she fought to find joy again.

When the idea of creating LinkedIn videos seemed daunting, I called Wendy, a filmmaker & creative visionary. Night after night, we brainstormed, talked through ideas, shared countless laughs.

Wendy believed in me before I fully believed in myself

She reminded me that vulnerability wasnt weakness

It was the most powerful way to connect
& let me tell you, Wendy is the embodiment of resilience.

She not only rebuilt her life, she pursued her dream of storytelling

She co-created My Golden Blood, a YA drama/thriller series...

❤️Gratitude. Grace. Good.❤️ 3 simple words, yet they hold the power to transform the way we live, the way we lead, and the way we connect with one another.

As I read Rhett Powers chapter, Gratitude, Grace & Good, in the #1 International Best Seller Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection, I felt a deep sense of resonance

Rhett doesnt just share words
He shares a powerful reminder of what truly matters

He captures the essence of what Nancy Debra & I have created with our award-winning LinkedIn LIVE shows

A movement that goes far beyond livestreams

Its a space where gratitude isnt just spoken
But felt

Where grace is not just a concept
But a practice

Where the pursuit of good is not just encouraged
But lived

Reading Rhetts words I was reminded
of how easy it is to get caught up in the noise of the world

Our to-do lists
Our ambitions
The challenges we face

But in the midst of it all
We have a choice
We can choose to
Slow down & see the good
Extend grace to ourselves & to others
Gratitude even when life feels heavy

"Brian & Nancy have shown us that connection isnt just about being present; its about being intentional. About choosing to uplift, support, remind each other were not alone."

Rhett brings that message to life in such a beautiful way

His chapter made me pause & reflect
not just on the moments of gratitude Ive experienced

But on the power of sharing that gratitude w/others

The impact of giving grace when its needed most

The ripple effect of choosing to do good, even in small ways

We all have the ability to be that light for someone

We all have the opportunity to lead w/heart

& it starts with embracing these 3 simple, profound words

Gratitude
Grace
Good

If you havent yet picked up VoiceYourVibe
This is your sign

And when you do, start w/Rhett Powers chapter.

Let it inspire you to see the beauty in every connection

The power in every act of kindness
The importance of living w/an open heart

Because the world doesnt just need more success

It needs more people who choose to lift each other up

And that, my friends, is what...

❤️ A Heartfelt Tribute to Rachel Beck & Her Powerful Words ❤️ There are some people in this world who dont just talk about kindness & love, they embody it. They pour their heart & soul into making the world a better place, lifting others up w/every word, every action, every moment they choose to lead w/love. Rachel Becks 1 of those rare souls.

Her chapter, Hearts Of Service: The Legacy of Love & Light, in the #1 International Best-Seller Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection, is more than just words on a page, its a deeply moving tribute to the power of servant leadership, the kind of people who give w/out expectation & the kind of love that leaves an everlasting impact.

She shines a light on the power of lifting others, standing for something greater than ourselves & using our voices to create a ripple effect of hope, kindness & connection.

What moves me most about Rachels words is the raw honesty & deep appreciation she expresses

She doesnt just acknowledge the struggles we all face

She reminds us why we rise above them

❤️When Chaos Meets Connection: The Power of Being Seen❤️ A single moment changes everything

For Paula Sima, that moment happened at Podfest ‘23. She was everywhere, volunteering, lifting people up, making sure first-timers felt like VIPs. She is a connector & source of light for so many. Often the 1s who shine the brightest for others dont always see their own glow

The PositiveVibeTribe

Her incredible chapter, “Where Chaos Meets Connection: How the Positive Vibe Tribe Changed My Life”, in the #1 International Best-Seller Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection, shares a moment that stopped her in her tracks

It started w/Love Atiya dropped Paulas name during VoiceYourVibe LIVE. Too Busy running around making sure everyone else was taken care of Paula didnt know about it. In the chaos, Nancy, Debra, and I spotted her, called her over & explained what happened.

In that moment, something shifted

Not b/c it was a grand gesture or planned, but b/c it was real.
Paula felt seen

She describes it beautifully in her chapter, feeling of truly being seen. Not just as a volunteer w/a name tag, or another person in the crowd, but as Paula. A person whod been pouring into others & in return, was being poured into. Deserving a reminded of her own light

Thats what VoiceYourVibe is all about

Those moments where connection meets purpose.

People show they care, spaces where vulnerability is embraced & your story, truth, bad days embraced. You are not alone

Paulas journeys proces the magic of leaning into connection, allowing yourself to be seen & surrouing yourself w/people who reflect back the strength & brilliance you might not always recognize in yourself

She thought she was ther to volunteer & found a family. The best kind of people dont just notice you when youre at the top, they see you when youre in the chaos, figuring it out as you go & they remind you that you are enough, exactly as you are

Paula radiates light wherever she goes. She has this incredible gift of making people feel seen, valued, uplifted, often w/out even realizing the impact shes having.

A Beacon in the Dark: The Transformative Power of Voice Your Vibe ❤️ Some moments in life leave an imprint so deep that they change the way we see the world. Noam Dromi’s chapter, A Beacon & A Lightning Rod – The Transformative Power of VoiceYourVibes a powerful testament to the impact of connection, resilience, shared humanity. His words are a reflection of everything Ive believed & built over the yrs.

During the darkest days of the pandemic, isolated, something incredible happened on LinkedIn. A light emerged, a movement fueled by human connection, vulnerability & the power of showing up for 1 another. That light was VoiceYourVibe.

Noam beautifully captures how Whats Good Wednesday & Shout Out Saturday became more than just award-winning LIVE shows. They became safe havens, places where people could come together, share joy, express gratitude & remind each other that even in the hardest times, there is still good in the world.

Noams story isnt just about the community itself, its deeply personal

As he navigated the loss of his mother, he found solace in a space that embraced, lifted & gave him a way to honor her strength & legacy

He shares, when life feels unbearable & we feel like were walking through the dark alone, community matters. Connection matters. A simple moment of shared gratitude can be the light that gets us through

What struck me most about Noams words, how they extend beyond just this moment in time. He challenges us to think about the future, how technology & AI will continue to shape our world & how human connection must always remain at the heart of it all. No matter how far we advance, the world evolves, our voices & ability to uplift, empower & inspire, will always be the most powerful force we have

WE are the beacons

The 1s who decide how we show up, connect & create spaces where people feel seen, heard & valued

If you havent yet, pick up the #1 International Best-Seller, Voice Your Vibe: The Power of Authentic Connection & read Noams incredible chapter. Youll be reminded, no matter what challenges we face, the power of community can guide us through

Noam, my brother...
