If there was one word that summed up @stonekingrally it was ‘journey’. From the literal itinerary from the high alps to the sea to the metaphorical and emotional highs and lows that everyone connected to the event felt over six days. But what is a journey without the people you share it with? The companions met along the way, the sense of a mutual experience: awe and exhaustion, frustration and elation, laughing until it hurts and patching up the bumps and scars that life on the trail brings. As with life in general, great things happen when good people meet. So as gloriously epic as the week of riding has been (more on that later) – to me at least –Stone King will always be about the riders, staff and supporters who I shared my time with. Thank you to each and everyone of you. Here’s a few snaps I took when we were fresh faced and excited for what was to come. It’s a fraction of the friends I made along the way and a fraction of the friendships made in the wider Trans Provence family before then. Here’s to many more years of shared experiences on Stone King

The South of Africa has been incredible. Unreal how beautiful this Country is.
