We’ve been walking this walk for years now. With suicide, there is so much that makes you feel helpless. You want so badly to help those who struggle, and even be able to save them if you can. For so many families this is a remembrance walk for the one(s) they lost. Their lives never the same, and riddled with questions that will never be answered.

So we walk.

To honor their lives. To remember their light. To support those still fighting. To not feel alone.

We MUST normalize mental health struggles. We have to talk about the hard things and help each other through the dark.

Today I walked for so many struggling every day, and for these we’ve lost;
