POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Reposting because we feel this one! 🫶☕️

The run clubs, seasonal menus, silly skits, local pop-ups… all of it! At the heart of Turbo, we’re just a small business trying to do big things for our community. Supporting other local businesses, giving back to great causes, creating opportunities for amazing people, and hopefully making someone’s day a little brighter along the way.

It’s so much more than coffee to us. We love what we do, we love the people who make it possible, and we’re incredibly grateful for the community that continues to show up for us.

Thank you for letting us be a little part of your everyday. 🤍

We’re SO close. Like… actually almost-open close.

We’re launching our Okay* Coffee community crowdfunding page, but we want to be clear about what this really is.

Honestly, it’s mostly a chance to get your hands on some Okay* merch, special events, and offers before we even release it in the shop.

And yes, it helps us too.

Opening a coffee shop from the ground up is WILDLY expensive and while we’re opening these doors either way, every bit of support helps us finish those last details, takes a little pressure off our pockets, and lets you be part of bringing this place to life.

You get some cool stuff.
We get a little help crossing the finish line.
And together, we get to build the kind of coffee shop we’ve been talking about since day one.

If you can grab some merch and events, amazing.
If you can share the page, just as amazing.
If you can do both… we freaking love you.

We’ve heard you loud and clear, Melbourne wants great coffee and great community.

So let’s make it happen.

A few weeks ago our coffee leadership team had the chance to visit our roasting partner, Valor, at their headquarters north of Atlanta. It was a sweet time of connecting with and receiving hospitality from a team of people that we have learned so much from.

In their own business, Valor has a goal of pairing the highest level of coffee with the highest level of service, something we have always resonated with and strive to do for our city.

We are so thankful to be partners with a team that pushes us to pursue better daily. Love ya, @valor.coffee

~The Okay* team takes a trip~

Packed up the crew and headed north to Georgia for a few days with our friends at Valor Coffee.

We pulled shots.
We steamed a lot of milk.
We poured some questionable latte art.
Then some slightly less questionable latte art.
We drank entirely too much coffee.
And somewhere in there, we learned a whole lot.

We’ve spending months learning how to build a coffee shop.

Now we’re learning how to be really good at what happens behind the bar.

Still learning. Still practicing. Still building.

So much more than just Okay.*

Also special thanks to @rosswalters and @ethanrivers777 and the @valor.coffee team for taking the time with us.
