You know you can have a party just because, right? Celebrating yourself and your accomplishments is something we 1000% support.

A huge congrats and thank you to @rossy.upleveled for making it happen and having us as part of her celebration.

Last night we had absolutely nothing on the agenda, and it was perfect. 🌴🍹

Kaftans on. Cocktails poured. A stack of records spinning in the background and a charcuterie board that didn’t stand a chance. No schedule, no speeches, no running from one thing to the next. Just my favorite women, a lot of laughter, and the kind of conversation that only happens when nobody is checking the time.

I spend so many evenings in go mode. This was the reminder I didn’t know I needed: the best nights aren’t the biggest ones. They’re the ones spent with the right people.

So if you haven’t done a night like this lately, consider this your sign. Grab your girls, put on something flowy, pick the records, and let the evening be whatever it wants to be.

Pure Palm Springs in the 70s energy, no plane ticket required. 🥂💖

Surrounded by women making things happen! Love seeing all these wins and big dreams.

Rossy has been someone who believed in Bugam from the very beginning, getting to celebrate you makes this one extra special. So happy for you and this so deserved recognition!

Congratulations on being named one of the 40 Under 40!

And yes I got off my car to take the third pic 😆

A moment of gratitude for this community 🩵

Three years ago we hosted our very first event
“Make It Happen For Yourself.”
We didn’t have the Upleveled name yet, but the mission and heart work were being thoughtfully planted. Through my own personal need for community and connection, we created Upleveled Wellness- a wellness community built around mindset forward movement, connection, and collaboration. It has grown to be what it is today, because each of you continues to show up to Make It Happen!

I wanted to thank you all for allowing me the space and grace to create this space so imperfectly and sticking around through all the phases, collaborations, and trial and error periods of Upleveled.

I took all of September to sit in awe of all that this has become and feel the immense gratitude for the opportunities and recognition we’ve received this year. And though it’s been quiet around here, just know I’ve been working on the next level of Upleveled and I can’t wait to share what I have in store for the rest of this year and 2027✨✨✨✨✨

thank you for being here. Thank you for helping me make wellness less lonely, and helping me create community IRL.

A heartfelt thank you for being the community I needed🩵

🙏 A huge thank you to Rossy Burgos , Founder of Upleveled Wellness, for sharing her experience working with me as her coach.

🌱 Since we first started working together, I’ve had the opportunity to watch Rossy launch Upleveled Wellness, become a Tucson 40 Under 40 awardee and serve our community in some incredible ways.

💡 Something Rossy shared in her testimonial really stood out: sometimes it’s not a lack of ability or ambition holding us back. It’s the mindset blocks, lack of accountability, and time spent overthinking instead of taking action.

🚀 Rossy talked about being able to move toward her personal and professional goals faster, with less mental turmoil and wasted time. That’s what can happen when you stop allowing a goal to live only in your mind and start consistently moving toward it.

🔥 What’s your audacious goal? Maybe it’s been in your mind for weeks, months, or even years. Maybe you want to start a business, write a book, change careers, or finally pursue that dream you keep putting off.

📲 If you’re ready to explore what that next step could look like, message me to schedule a 🆓 consultation. Your goal doesn’t have to stay an idea.

It’s officially been a week since our first Bloom From Within half-day retreat!
There was SO much heart and planning that went into bringing this experience to life. Yes, def feeling the post-event exhaustion but alongside being more fueled than ever to create more spaces like this for women.

For the woman who doesn’t necessarily need a vacation… she just needs a few hours where she can breathe and be present.

That’s what we wanted Bloom From Within to feel like.
@upleveled.wellness thank you for partnering with us and putting your hearts into this experience. It was so special getting to dream this up together.

And @thejoshuatreehouse… This one is still a little surreal. JTH has been a dream location for us for YEARS.

For everyone who showed up and trusted us with their Sunday, THANK YOU!
And now… we’re already brainstorming.
Would you want to see more experiences like Bloom From Within?
Where would you want us to take it next?

Tell us. 🤍 We’re listening. 🌸

Still thinking about the dreamy Sunday morning we had at @jthtucson . We hosted our very first half day retreat with @bugamfloral . The morning included movement, mindfulness, connection, and the most stunning canvas and floral bouquet workshop. We might never get over this! Let us know in the comments if we should do this again.
