Shout out to Sean @stayfixedboulder in Boulder, Colorado. Sean , @grayenby and their crew welcomed and played host to me, visiting from Houston,Texas. After filling up Sean’s big ass Chrome messenger bag with about a case of beer- we were off. Sick ride, sick vibes and a super chill group of riders. Very nice mix of mashing and cruising. The streets and trails were awesome and the mountains a beautiful backdrop. Best riding I’ve experienced outside of Texas. Thanks again gang -you’re part of my Bikefam now- I’ll be back for sure with a small crew. If anyone rides fixed and are in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado, holler @stayfixedboulder you won’t be disappointed and will not want to leave. #mycanonstory #canonusa #fixedgear #bikefam

I stopped buying sun-dried tomatoes. 🍅

Not because there’s anything wrong with the ones at the store, but once I realized how simple they are to make at home, I never looked back.

And this batch came with a little extra help in the kitchen 😀🤍

Homemade Sun-Dried Tomatoes

🍅 Roma or plum tomatoes
🫒 Extra-virgin olive oil
🌿 Fresh rosemary or thyme
🧂 Sea salt. 🍎 Apple cider vinegar (optional, a splash for brightness)

How to make them:

Slice the tomatoes in half and arrange them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle lightly with salt and bake at 225°F for about 4–6 hours, depending on the size and moisture of your tomatoes. You want them shriveled and concentrated, but still a little soft — not completely crisp.

Let them cool, then place them in a clean jar. Cover completely with olive oil and refrigerate.

They’re wonderful tossed into pasta, added to salads, layered onto toast or tucked into sandwiches.

Share this recipe with tomato lovers. 🍅

UPDATE: If you already made this with fresh garlic, keep it refrigerated and use within 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
