Missed the Circus of Sin? Consider this your front-row glimpse. 🎪

Designed to match the spectacle, our bite-sized canapés set the tone for the evening.

For the mains, guests explored three distinct cuisines:

✨ Indian, anchored by our signature Dal Station with a selection of other rich curries.

🥢 Pan-Asian, featuring our interactive Umami Wok & Curry Bar, where guests built their own bowls.

🍝 Italian, with handcrafted pastas including:
🍄 Wild Mushroom Ravioli Noir with Black Truffle Fondue
🍃 Three-Cheese Tortellini in Pesto with Pine Nuts & Balsamic
🍂 Butternut Squash Risotto

And because every great performance deserves a grand finale, the dessert table delivered the sweetest ending to this Circus of Sin.

The only standing ovation of the night? The one around the food. ⚜️

And, We’re back with the Circus of Sin! Revealing ~ Our Umami Wok & Curry Bar 🍜

We wanted this bar to feel interactive and engaging so we turned it into a build-your-own bowl experience.

Choose your carb - Rice or Noodles. Pick from four flavour-packed broths: Teppanyaki Yellow Curry, Thai Chilli Basil, Numbing Sichuan Mala & Three Pepper. Add your protein, load up on exotic vegetables of your choice and the most exciting part — Toppings (Wonton Chips, Wild Mushroom, Beansprouts, Crunchy Edamame & Water Chestnut, Nam Prik, Togarashi, Shichimi Pepper, Scallions, Toasted Sesame, to name a few) to finish it exactly the way you like it.

Because the best experiences aren’t just served ~ they’re created together!🤍

🎪 Stay tuned ~ the next act is waiting in the wings.

Some celebrations are hard to forget. This was undoubtedly one of them ✨

When our ‘Speciality couple’— Actress @akansharanjan & Director @sharanssharma shared their vision for an intimate garden wedding, we were thrilled to be a part of it.

The décor and mood was meant to feel effortless. Soft fairy lights, elegant white & green florals and a guitarist softly serenading beneath a tree. Which meant the food had to become the focal point and an immersive culinary experience.

So we created a botanical-inspired grazing table that was meant to be indulgent. A centrepiece at the heart of the hall, that brought together flavour, artistry and conversation.

But an Indian wedding is never just about one table.

Our bride had one request that simply couldn’t be missed - dahi chaat. So alongside the grazing spread, we brought together a live chaat station, circulated hot appetisers to complement a beautiful monsoon evening, served hearty mains, handcrafted traditional mithai that carried the celebration through every course.

Every dish & detail reflected the couple. And every plate was meant to be a small part of their story.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. Here’s to creating celebrations that are remembered long after the last bite❤️

Intimate Wedding Series — When love gathers close, Speciality Experiences is here to cater.

For Actress Akansha Ranjan @akansharanjan & Director Sharan Sharma’s @sharanssharma mid-summer enchanted garden wedding ceremony, we didn’t just cater — we curated a botanical-inspired tablescape where every detail was designed to evoke the feeling of wandering through a blooming garden.

Because weddings aren’t just remembered for the vows-they’re remembered for the moments shared around the table.

Think fresh flavours, intricate culinary artistry and a celebration that was visually stunning as was delectable.

• Artisanal Cheese Board — aged cheddar & black olives along with feta, watermelon and balsamic vinaigrette pearls
• A vibrant trio of Mediterranean classics — silk bean hummus, crimson beet hummus & scarlet walnut Muhammara
• Burrata Pomodoro Salad — Hand torn Burrata, heirloom tomatoes finished with basil & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
• Truffle Edamame Mousse — earthly delicate aroma & texture punctuated with truffle notes.
• Truffle Mushroom Mascarpone Pâté — Layers of whipped infused with truffle & finished with flaky sea salt.
• Fig & Ricotta Crostini — Sweet, creamy and beautifully balanced.

Here’s to more moments that shine as brightly as this one, we look forward to serving you next! ♥️

It’s been a year since A Staff Reporter was written into existence.
Sharing an early draft of the screenplay video you may notice subtle shifts in dialogue, pauses, and movement.

These changes are not flaws, but extensions.
They emerge from the actor’s instinct, from their engagement with the world of the script.

I’ve come to believe that once a script leaves the writer’s desk, it must be allowed to breathe in the hands of the director and the actors.
Only then does it truly begin to live.

A Staff Reporter is yet to find its official release, but the conversations it has sparked in festival screenings have been quietly reassuring.

Deeply grateful to everyone who became a part of this journey.
