Today, I stand deeply honored and incredibly grateful to celebrate not one, but two major milestones in my journey. Receiving an Honorary PhD in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship, alongside the Lunchtime Excellence Award 2026, is a moment I will cherish forever. 🎓✨

This achievement is more than a title — it is a reminder that hard work, consistency, resilience, and purpose never go unnoticed. For years, I dreamed that my academic and professional journey would one day be recognized in this way, and seeing that dream become reality fills my heart with pride and gratitude.

As a woman in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, I hope my story inspires more women to believe in themselves, pursue excellence boldly, and never limit what they can achieve. There is space for us at every table, and our voices, ideas, and contributions matter.

And while I’m celebrating this honorary doctorate today, the journey is far from over — I still look forward to earning another PhD in the future. This is only the beginning. 💫

To everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way — thank you. This win is for all of us. ❤️

The CCC Leadership Masterclass Lagos, brought together leaders and practitioners for a day of honest conversations, learning and practical guidance.

Hosted by our Founder, Funso Kale, the sessions explored culture, conduct, ethics, governance, AI and the future of compliance in Africa, all with one aim: to help organisations strengthen how they lead, decide and operate.

A special thank you to our speakers. Your insight, clarity and real-world experience added so much value, and we’re grateful for the role you played in making the day a success.

Culture. Conduct. Governance.

The 2025 CCC Leadership Masterclass brought together leaders across Africa to rethink how compliance is done not as a checklist, but as a catalyst for integrity, innovation and sustainable growth.
