Uneori mă opresc și realizez cât de frumos este ceea ce fac. 🤍

Am privilegiul de a fi parte din unele dintre cele mai emoționante zile din viața oamenilor, de a le cunoaște poveștile și de a contribui la începutul unui nou capitol din viața lor.

Dincolo de decoruri, planuri și detalii, sunt emoții sincere, îmbrățișări, lacrimi de fericire și momente care nu se repetă niciodată la fel.

Iar rolul meu este să am grijă de toate acele lucruri care se întâmplă în culise, pentru ca voi să fiți prezenți cu adevărat în fiecare clipă, fără griji și fără să pierdeți magia momentului. ✨

A week ago, I married (again) my best friend, my partner in crime in all our crazy ideas, and the most supportive person I’ve ever met, Joachim. ❤️

And this was our wedding.

We come from two different cultures, but somehow we didn’t really have a Romanian or Norwegian wedding. We had a wedding that was very, very us.

I’m obsessed with everything vintage and antique, so I was the mastermind behind the design, while Joachim brought his Dungeons & Dragons nerdiness into the mix and took care of the games, murder mysteries, and all the other madness. And yes, it may have been slightly inspired by Dracula, because let’s be honest, Joachim already looks like a vampire. 🧛🏻‍♂️

There’s no secret that I had wanted to get married at Ciderhuset since I first discovered the place. I was born on a farm, surrounded by animals and apple trees, so I never really imagined that one day I’d somehow end up getting married on an apple farm too. It just felt like life had come full circle. ❤️

A huge thank you to the entire Ciderhuset team, especially Tuba and her family, for making sure this became our dream wedding.

And then we really want to thank Raluca and Florin from Rotund Perfect.

As someone who works at weddings myself, I wanted to completely switch off and not think about photography or video for one day. I’ve been in love with their work since 2018, and in 2019, while still single, I remember saying, “When I find someone, I’m hiring them for my wedding.”

Five years later, I had a ring on my finger and got to write, “Hey, I want you to capture my wedding. Please come to Norway.”

We told them we weren’t particularly obsessed with pictures. We weren’t going to post endless galleries or cover our walls with wedding photos.

Oh boy, was I wrong.

We cried when we got these pictures. Apparently Instagram has a 20-slide limit, so there are many more to come. I’m so grateful they travelled all the way to Norway to capture our day, and I already know the video is going to be incredible.

And finally, thank you to everyone who came, and to everyone who couldn’t be there but was with us in spirit. You made our day absolutely perfect ❤️ #wedding #norway
