My wheelchair shouldn't be the reason I can't see my favorite artists!!💔 I need to vent about how broken the live music industry is for fans with disabilities. It’s hard enough trying to secure regular concert tickets, but it’s a completely ridiculous uphill battle when you need wheelchair accessibility! ♿️
I was so excited to try & get tickets to @parkermccollum & @koe_wetzel (My very two favorites) Naughty or Nice Tour at @roundrockamp . I tried the presale (Wed), I tried the general sale(today)—nothing. I looked into it & learned the venue holds between 5,000 & 7,000 people, yet they only allocated 24 wheelchair-accessible spots! 24!!!!😡

To make matters worse, people who don’t even need accessible seating will openly buy up ADA tickets the second General Admission sells out, just so they can get into the show. Venues do absolutely nothing to stop it, leaving the people who actually rely on those seats completely stranded.
But here is the real kicker: General Admission tickets were $66.01. The accessible tickets? $100.44. They literally upcharged for seats all the way in the back!!! 😤 🤬
I’m so disappointed that I won’t get to go! Having a disability shouldn’t mean paying a premium for a worse experience or fighting off non-disabled buyers just to get a ticket!! We need real change in how venues handle & protect ADA seating! 🛑♿️

Disabled fans deserve the same opportunity to experience live music as everyone else! I’d love to see the venue and its partners address accessible ticket availability, pricing, and protections against misuse of ADA seating! ♿️

Koe Wetzel and Parker McCollum are bringing back their Texas holiday tradition for the first time in seven years, reuniting for five shows across the state this December.

The two Texas favorites first teamed up for the Naughty or Nice Tour back in 2017, long before either was headlining arenas. Now they’re running it back with Jackson Wendell and Logan Jahnke joining every stop.

Couple of rowdy ass shows in Texas!

Weird ones too with having to leap frog parts of the crew from one show to the next, replacing rotting decking. Our FOH console went down from beer getting chucked at it ha, that was fun. There’s a lot that goes into putting on these shows and our team keeps chewing em up the challenges we face and spittin out great shows. Grateful and proud of how our crew throws down.
