First customer of the day. Thanks @routinecoffeeandsupply for the delicious Chilli Mocha. Seemed appropriate on the beautiful fall morning here in Victoria.

🤫 A little secret we kept from our Slacktide Loyalty event in September…

EVERY. SINGLE. ATTENDEE. walked away with a giveaway prize *on top of* their swag bag. 🎁✨

The perks of being part of the Sweat & Social community just hit a little different. 😉

A HUGE thank you to our loyal community for continuing to show up, support what we’re building, and make these experiences so special. We wouldn’t be here without you! 🤍 And to all the incredible local businesses who contributed to this event, thank you for helping us give back to the people who make our community what it is.

Swipe through to see all the amazing prizes our attendees got to take home! ➡️

Want to be part of the community? Follow along, share and tag your workout bestie, and join us at an upcoming Sweat & Social event. Come for the movement, stay for the connections, and maybe leave with a little something extra. 🫶

Throw back on the pop up I did at @routinecoffeeandsupply last August!

On the top : double sesame, miso & white chocolate
On the left : homemade chili oil and flakes, tahini (sesame paste) & dark chocolate
On the right : banana bread inspired cookies & dark chocolate
On the bottom : the classic dark chocolate!

All made with brown butter

Balance and variety are so important for nervous system regulation. 🌿🌞

It’s about knowing when to push, when to pause, and when to simply breathe.

It’s your life — make space to enjoy living it. 🤍
