Today I had the amazing opportunity to visit a football camp and speak directly with the players about something that often gets overlooked, but can make or break their game: NUTRITION ⚽️ 🍗 🍚 🥔 🥗

We talked all about what they eat before a match isn’t just about feeling full, it’s about fueling their performance, focus, and recovery.

It’s not just about protein shakes and sports drinks. It’s about understanding your body, feeding it the right fuel, and respecting the game enough to prepare like a pro.
⁣
So proud of the players I met today, hungry to learn, open to change, and committed to growing. 💪🏽⚽

And I would like to sincerely thank Coach Aziz for trusting me and giving me this opportunity to speak to the team. Grateful for coaches who care not just about talent, but about building smart, strong, and well-prepared athletes. 🙏🏽
