Love, true love, it is overwhelming.

In the face of true love, we are faced with the choice of humility.
We realize all the things we did to gain love,
and how it was all futile.
Yet futile in the most useful way possible.
We had to search for love
to find love

but we must not be scared of the search
It is absolutely humbling to us as humans how positive of a force that love is
and how it seemingly affects all of nature.

I don’t know
When two people come together
it creates a new entity
a singular entity
that carries with it the individual truths of two
as one.
To me, the actualization of that relationship is when no other must take precedence over the other
the weight of either is equal
and the reality is always togetherness in a relationship as one, even when separation is felt.
Why can’t we all just, be together, all at once, feeling things differently, but not allowing it to separate us. Why am I damned to such a world where my peers can’t even see the similarities we carry
where inherent beauty is drowned out by imagined unpleasantries.
Why?
Why must I travel between this deep feeling of helplessness
and deep desire to bring out and be a beacon for exactly that which makes me feel hopeless in times like these?

The only answer I’ve been okay with accepting, is cause I’m me. There’s no other words that can push me into complete acceptance of the world I exist in. I’m me. I breathe. I exist. I take up space, and in that space, I feel this. There is no right or wrong to that, or anything else for that matter.
There is only existence.
And I do.
Need not judge it.
It’s already been written.

I’ll leave that to the writer.
