I’m Lolo & i’m doing a double major in Biology & Psychology. Being in a sorority and balancing school was a big worry of mine while i was rushing, but having a group of girls that felt like family made the transition into university so much easier. Aphi became my outlet to balance out my academic life. The mentors i’ve found with older girls in aphi has been so helpful, whether it’s asking for advice about course selection, borrowing notes from classes they’ve taken before, or even just reaching out when classes get stressful to grab coffee and get some advice.

There are so many ways to stay on top of school while still having a social life in Alpha Phi, and I’ve found that having that healthy balance actually makes me even more motivated when it comes to school. Between study groups, group workout classes, and different events, it’s easy to fit everything into my schedule while still making time for both academics and my friends. I love that I can be productive, stay active, and spend time with my sisters without feeling like I have to sacrifice one for the other.💗

I’m going into my second year of BA Honours in Kinesiology! Balancing school and Alpha Phi has taught me how important it is to stay organized and manage my time. Aphi also makes balancing the two so much easier with study rooms and our shared notes Google Drive. Having sisters to study with and support each other academically makes even the busiest weeks feel a little more manageable!

Heyy it’s Kennedy! I am in Honours Specialization Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences! I balance my academics and involvement in Alpha Phi by staying organized by planning ahead and making sure I prioritize my coursework while still being an active member of the chapter. I also make use of Alpha Phi’s study rooms on campus, which give me a dedicated space to focus, stay productive, and
