🌻🎓 The day I’ve been waiting for is finally here! 🎓🌻

Happy First Day of School! 🍎📚 Today marks an incredible milestone: my final year at Rowan University (@rowanuniversity) and my first day of student teaching!

After years of classes, exams, setbacks, growth, and moments of wondering if I’d ever make it here, I’m finally stepping into the classroom.

This journey has taught me so much about persistence, patience, self advocacy, accessibility, and continuing to learn when things don’t go according to plan. Passing my Praxis II was a major turning point, but it was only one step toward becoming the educator I hope to be.

As I begin student teaching, I’m excited and definitely a little nervous to put what I’ve learned through Rowan, my experiences as a substitute teacher, and the guidance of so many mentors into practice. I know there will be great days, challenging days, mistakes, questions, and lessons that go far beyond any textbook. I’m ready to embrace all of it.

I want every student to feel seen, respected, valued, supported, and capable of succeeding. I’m excited to keep learning how to build meaningful relationships, create a sense of belonging, and make the classroom a place where every student can grow.

To everyone who has supported me throughout this journey: thank you. Your encouragement, advice, patience, and belief in me have meant more than I can put into words. ❤️

This isn’t about being a perfect teacher. It’s about becoming a better one every day.

One final year at Rowan. One new chapter in the classroom. One big step toward becoming Mr. Wos, History Teacher. 🍎📚🎓

The Student Teaching Era officially begins. 🌻

Let’s see where this journey takes me!
