Videos are good, a structured plan is great.

But nothing beats expert coaching and fellow rowers pushing each other in real time!

Our Fall Training camp is focused on improving your 5k row. We prep for Fall racing before we head into Winter Training and then into the Spring where we shift the focus to sprint racing.

If you are considering racing at @crashbsprints, @ergsprints or @wrich2023 (in 2024), your training should start now!

Let us help you find all the speed possible between now and then! Join us!

Thank you to K-State Rowing and CSU Rowing for coming to the 2023 UNL Spring Scrimmage. It's always more fun when our teams are rowing together. Until next time! 🥳🤠

First regatta 🚣‍♀️ of the season for Libby and @colostatecrew.

Nebraska Crew hosted the spring scrimmage against CSU and Kansas State.

Tad chilly but fun to watch and learn a new sport!
