Hello Onelife Clinton family!

Our incredible Group Fitness Instructors don’t just bring the energy when they step into the studio — they’re also putting in the work behind the scenes. From crafting and learning fresh choreography to developing new fitness experiences, they’re constantly creating and perfecting classes that keep this community moving, motivated, and inspired. Every class you take is a reflection of their dedication and passion. 💙💪

Check out this video spotlighting some of the amazing team that fuels your favorite workouts!

And don’t forget to explore our full class lineup — there’s something for every vibe and every goal. Whether you’re into calming Mind-Body formats like Yoga and BodyBalance, high-intensity favorites like Sprint and GRIT, or love the rhythm of Dance, the power of Strength Lab, the flow of Aqua and Hydro, or the ride in Cycle, you’ll always find a class that lifts you up. 🔥🌊🚴‍♂️

Got a favorite instructor? Give them a shout-out! They pour so much into what they do, and a little love goes a long way. And when you’re ready to join your next class, be sure to check the OneLife app for the full schedule. 👋

See you in class, Clinton Crew! 🙌
