🥡🔥 NO RECIPES. NO SHORTCUTS. JUST SKILL!

We turned our Jr Chefs Hawaiʻi kitchen into a full blown TAKEOUT WAR!

🔴 RED TEAM vs. 🔵 BLUE TEAM vs. ⚫ BLACK TEAM

But here’s the twist… they had to EARN their ingredients!

Minute-to-win-it challenges, mystery ingredients, and a ticking clock! ⏱️

Then came the real test. Create their own fried rice from scratch!

No recipes to follow. Just teamwork, creativity, and everything they’ve learned in the kitchen.

And these chefs did NOT disappoint! 👏

🏆 Three teams. Three creations. ONE winner!

Okay chefs… I SEE YOU. 👏

Today at Jr Chefs Hawaiʻi Signature Series, the challenge was Sheng Jian Bao and these chefs showed up.

This is what I love about this crew. I can give them a recipe, step back, and watch them think, problem-solve, help each other, make adjustments, and keep going until it comes together.

And when the final result looks like THIS?! 🔥

Some of these chefs have been cooking with me for four years, and watching their confidence and skills grow is pretty incredible.

We’re not just making recipes anymore. We’re building chefs. 👨‍🍳
