Is it just me or does it feel like everything is re-opening just as fast as it shut down?

I literally thought we would be working out at home at least until July yet here we are, planning the reopen of our @f45_training_culvercity studio.

We’re not rushing it, though! We want to do this right so our team is working tirelessly and thoroughly to implement safety protocols so that we and our members feel safe and healthy. So I’ll keep ya posted when we have an official date!

Until then, how’s everyone else feelin? Are you ready to go back to the gym or do you plan on sticking to in-home work outs? Or are ya chillin? 😎 Coz that’s cool too lol

Happy birthday to my og running partner, my go-to commuter call, late night food adventure buddy and one of my best friends, @roxysud!

The fact that we can wake up and silently journal next to each other or say the craziest things with no fear of judgement is one of my absolute favorite things about our friendship.
