After our fourth and final free self defense session for women @hiitfittsouthbranch, came the final assessment where we test the skills , heart and will of each woman.
Impressively the women give it their all, displaying their heart, grit, and determination against all odds. We are extremely proud of all the ladies that made the effort to show up week after week with empty cups in hopes to have it filled with life changing information and skills that can alter the trajectory of a terrible situation. May God richly bless them and keep them in perfect safety.
