The sweetest little surprise for our fairy girl 🥹🧚🏼‍♀️🍄

@royallyiced sent over the most ADORABLE fairy-themed cookies for Violet’s first birthday and I am still not over how freaking cute they were??? And can we talk about how they actually tasted AMAZING too?! Because sometimes the pretty cookies are just pretty LOL.

The amount of love and thoughtfulness that went into making Violet’s first birthday so magical seriously means the world to me. 🥹💗

Feeling extra lucky to have such sweet people and talented small businesses in our corner. 🧚🏼‍♀️

Throwing a baby sprinkle, but can’t decide on a theme? Don’t complicate it. You don’t ALWAYS need a theme. Sometimes it’s just a color!

For my friend’s sprinkle, since she was having a boy, I went with various shades of blue instead of a specific theme.

I already have your menu planned out:
-Charcuterie board or even just a mix of cheese and crackers- those boards can add up and if your budget is tight, just keep it basic.
-Mixed fruit.
-Ham and cheese sliders (so easy and so good!)
-Cake
-Cupcakes
-Oatmeal cream pies
-Royal iced cookies to go with your color/theme

Ham & Cheese Sliders:
12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls are recommended)
12 slices deli ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup butter melted
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  
* Cut slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a greased casserole dish. 
* Mix together mayo and Dijon mustard then spread over the bottom buns.  
* Place the ham on the slider buns, overlapping the pieces.  
* Place the Swiss cheese on the ham, and then place the tops of the slider buns. 
* In a small bowl, combine melted butter, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.  
* Pour the butter mixture over the sliders and cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese melts.  
* Remove from the oven. Use a sharp knife to cut the sliders apart. Serve warm and enjoy!

✨Day 4: Saddle up for [Name] [Age] rodeo! Our little cowgirl is [age]!

I had to call in reinforcements (my bestie) to help me with the balloons because as you can see in the family photo I wasn’t even a full 2 weeks postpartum🙃 AYEEE ✨ But I couldn’t let my girl feel any less special. So I strapped my diaper on and threw her the best disco rodeo birthday party a six year old could ask for! 🪩🐄🤠💕

Pearls of Wisdom 🖤 I wanted to add a few details for my caviar loving girl (that wasn’t actually the real thing).

@royallyiced created the most stunning “blinis” cookies with crème fraîche and tiny pearls of caviar! I then made the party favorite a nod to our favorite luxury as well.

@paperieoffpark custom designed a Kismet Caviar label I made tins for the girls favors. Each tin was filled with a black velvet scrunchie, a strand of peals and an @elfcosmetics lip gloss. I then handmade a mother of pearl spoon clip with tiny black gems.

I just LOVE how it all turned out! P.S you can grab the custom Kismet Caviar sticker over in the @paperieoffpark shop!

✨Day 2: Charlie turns THREE in the chocolate factory! 🍬🍫🍭

This one was obviously very specific to my daughter, Charlie, but you don’t need to have a Charlie to do a Wonka theme!
These are my all time favorite birthday invitations. I bought a template off of Etsy to put around large Hershey bars with the golden ticket invitation inside! ✨ I did have to hand deliver these, but SO worth it🍫

I found the gum drops at hobby lobby after Christmas (on hella sale) and spray painted them the colors that went with the party. I reused boxes we had from deliveries and bought a stencil to make the Wonka bar boxes.

Instead of flowers on the dessert table, I filled vases with gum balls, lollipops and rock candy! 🍬🍭

Table confetti was scrapbook paper I found at my mom’s house and a circle hole punch! 🎉

It really doesn’t have to be that complicated and you might have more on hand than you think ✨

Calling all boy mamas🎉

✨Day 1: Dump everything! [Insert Name(s)] are celebrating another year!
This one is perfect since it can be used for multiple ages/any age👷🏼‍♂️

Fun fact: My sister and I had our 3rd babies 10 days apart, and my cousin had her little boy one year later. It’s been so fun to celebrate them together! 🚧🔧🚜
