🚨HISTORY. MADE.🚨

With Evans run of 3:59.39, Arizona becomes the only program ever in NCAA history to have 4 freshman run under 4 minutes in the mile, in the same season!

Very proud of our very young men! This freshman group is special. They are selfless and grateful for each other and it shows as they grow together because of one another. Not pictured here are Evans Tanui our freshmen distance/XC specialist and Kai Espinosa Golinski who does nothing but PR everytime he suits up. While I praise the results of the frosh class none of this would be possible without the buy-in and leadership of Michael Urbanski who is now an elite athlete himself. Also massive thank you to Royce Fisher who is growing into one heck of a coach and recruiter. Fine start team! BEARDOWN 🐻⬇️

UTC 2025 did not disappoint. God showed up and provided life-marking moments for these athletes as they learned to live and compete for an Audience of One!
