A little devotion, painted with my hands and felt with my heart. 🙏🏻❤️ Jai Jagannath. 🪷 This piece is my artistic interpretation of Lord Jagannath, created with a deep sense of devotion and love. The vibrant red canvas represents warmth, energy and divine celebration, while the touches of gold bring a feeling of sacredness and richness to the composition. The artwork is brought to life with hand-painted details, textured strokes and intricate embellishments. The jewellery is carefully decorated with pearls, kundan-style stones, beads and colourful stones, adding a beautiful handcrafted dimension to Jagannath’s traditional form. The large expressive eyes, distinctive smile and ornate headpiece are kept at the heart of the composition, celebrating the unique and instantly recognisable presence of Mahaprabhu. Somewhere between the lanes of Mathura and the ghats of Vrindavan, I found a little more than just places to visit. 🪷✨ A solo journey filled with temples, peaceful moments, colourful streets, endless walking, street food, café hopping, and a lot of memories in between. From exploring Krishna’s city to getting lost in the narrow lanes of Vrindavan, every stop had its own story.
